CBX Tickets and Costs

All CBX tickets purchased on the website or app are valid for one year from the date of purchase. You can also purchase your tickets at our counters or kiosks in the terminal.

Single Tickets

The essential ticket for the individual cross-border traveler. Providing a safe, fast and streamlined journey to your next destination. Valid for one person on any direction—southbound or northbound.

Family ticket

The smartest value for your vacation. A preferred rate ticket designed to maximize your budget. For groups from four up to six people traveling together on any direction—southbound or northbound.

Assisted pass

An individualized service intended for seniors traveling alone, people with limited mobility, travelers with small children or any passenger who requires additional assistance from a CBX Ambassador in any direction.

Unaccompanied teen*

An individualized service for unaccompanied minors aged thirteen to seventeen crossing through CBX to travel on any direction—southbound, northbound or as part of a round trip.

Military ticket

Active U.S. Military members, veterans, retired Veterans and retirees who have honorably served in the U.S. armed forces receive discounted CBX tickets. Applies only to immediate family members showing a valid military ID. Price only valid on round trip tickets during regular season.

How to use CBX?

Save on your travels - Fly from Tijuana via CBX

Before you arrive at the CBX terminal, make sure you have the following documents:

Flight boarding pass.
Your CBX Ticket, printed or digital.
Valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc).

Head to the CBX bridge entrance get your documents checked by our staff, scan your ticket, and boarding pass at the e-gates. From there, walk across the enclosed pedestrian CBX bridge direclty into the Tijuana International Airport.

Once you reach the end of the bridge and clear through Immigration and customs, head to the airline counters to drop-off your luggage and access the departure lounge to find your boarding gate. Get in your plane and enjoy the flight!

Today was my first time parking at CBX and flying out of TIJ. We printed our documents in advance but forgot the FMM immigration form. Fortunately, the CBX staff assisted us quickly and efficiently. We saved over $1,200 flying from TIJ to Cabo compared to LAX or other U.S. airports. The return process was just as easy as the arrival: just walk and be on your way. I’ll definitely use CBX again.
