We understand that parking is an important part for our passengers, which is why we offer a variety of options designed to accommodate the needs of each individual. From regular parking to valet service, we're here to ensure that your experience at CBX is as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

We have 9 different lots located near our terminal, making access and convenience for our customers effortless. All lots feature designated spaces for disabled individuals, ensuring that all of our customers have access to appropriate facilities.*

Additionally, we offer street parking for travelers who want a more budget friendly option, as well as valet parking service, for those who’d like a little more comfort. It's important to note that when parking on the street, it's essential to ensure that it is CBX property (in Otay Pacific Drive, Otay Pacific Place or Las Californias Drive) to avoid fines from the California Highway Patrol. Street parking spaces are limited by assigned time.

However, for a hassle-free experience, we recommend booking your parking space in advance through our website or app. With the option to reserve in any lot, including valet parking service, we want our customers to be able to secure a safe spot for their vehicle before using our terminal and during their trip.

At CBX, we strive to offer flexibility and convenience to our customers. Therefore, we allow only one entry to the lot per reserved ticket and ask to make the reservation at least 6 hours before arrival. Please note that no changes are allowed to the time or date of the reservation, and any cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before arrival to be eligible for a refund.
