The bridge that not only connects one country to another but also brings family, friends and cultures together. We are proud to know that we have helped over 17 million passengers get to their destiny and we know that there are more yet to come. We are grateful to every one of our passengers for trusting that CBX is the best option for you to start your next adventure, and to return safely and on time.

Technology and innovation have been with us side by side along these 7 years since our opening in 2015, allowing us to expand our spaces and offer a thorough crossing process for all. In support of our collaborators and allies, we can say we’ve made it to this present day completing many short and long term goals.

We want to acknowledge some CBX milestones in this 7-year trajectory:

• New Transit Processing Building: After the lift of border restrictions in November 2021 in the U.S.-Mexico border, binational traffic increased. This project facilitated the processing of international passengers with modern and spacious facilities and more CBP agents.
• Shuttle services: Aiming to offer you extensive connectivity, we provided several ground transportation options according to your needs. The shuttle services have destinations to Los Angeles, Sacramento, Las Vegas and many more.
• More parking spaces: We managed to raise the parking spaces to 1,880, plus valet parking and reservation services.
• More e-gates: We duplicated the number of e-gates to lower crossing time to San Diego or Tijuana.
• Vaccine services in our terminal: Collaborating with different health associations we had rapid tests and vaccines for both COVID-19 and the flu, while supplies lasted.
• New Chatbot: we updated our webpage, adding a new tool that can answer any questions.

We are constantly growing and evolving, always looking to offer you a unique traveling experience. We want it to be a fast, easy and safe border crossing for every traveler using our terminal, with great access to many destinations and connectivity through different airlines. Since day 1, we have been looking at alternatives to expand our spaces, improve our processes and offer more and better services that complement your travel. Despite all the circumstances that the pandemic brought, complicating accessibility and increased crossing times, we found ways to continue with the CBX experience we love to give, including the possibility of making your travel touchless, with the safety and well-being of passengers as a key priority. We also know that these last weeks of the year may be very busy, so we adjusted our terminal for it to be “travel ready” for the holiday season.
